Portfolio-driven development company site for S. Anna (est. 1994): residential, commercial and design-build projects across Paphos.
S. Anna Developments has shaped the Paphos skyline since 1994, but its web presence didn’t reflect three decades of work. We built a bespoke, hand-coded site whose centrepiece is the portfolio: real builds — Anarita, Eleve Living, Konia, Mesogi — documented with photography from raw structure to finished residence, each on its own project page.
The design language is architectural: generous whitespace, editorial typography, numbered navigation and disciplined grids that let the buildings speak. A lightweight PHP content layer keeps projects, services and gallery items editable without a rebuild, and the whole site is tuned for “property developers Paphos” and “construction Cyprus” intent.
